The students of 3rd grade of L’Arrabassada have prepared a very famous Christmas song that has been versioned by different people and bands as The Ronettes (1963), Jackson 5 (1970) or Michael Bublé (2011): Frosty the snowman.
It is a very beautiful song, but it is also a bit difficult. So, to understand the story, we watched the old film of Frosty the snowman of 1969.
They loved the story and they told us they wanted an alive snowman for Christmas!
Once they had watched the film and they already knew about its story, we started to learn some part of the lyrics. And look, here you have the results! They worked very hard!
Apart from this incredible work they did learning this old song, they made something that they love…: A SLIME!
As we told in other blog post, the ingredients to make a slime are:
- White glue
- Contact lens solution
- Baking soda
- Colorant (green and red)
- Glass or small recipient per student
- Black marker pen to decorate the glass/recipient
They enjoyed a lot making it and they had a lot of fun!
We hope you enjoyed this month doing Christmas activities as we did.
See you soon,
Melanie and Monica.
